The town of Mauguio is well worth a visit: for its village soul, its Spanish mix, its wild nature just a stone's throw from the Etang de l'Or, for its colorful market, for the dynamism of its population, for its central square, for its many cafés and restaurants, its market gardens, for the folklore of the Camargue race, for its Gallic irreducibility next to Montpellier, which wanted to eat it not so long ago... The Motte garden can be visited every day. Don't miss the Roméria (mid-June) and the Visions Métisses festival (early July).
