René Dassé is a household name, being the grandson of Adrienne Verduci, son of Janine Dassé and direct descendant of the original Tielle Sétoise recipe. In 2001, he left the family cocoon and opened his store in Mèze. The whole team makes the tielles that have made the family's reputation, as well as mussel turnovers, savoury tarts and puff pastries, stuffed mussels... Everything is extremely fresh. There's also a small selection of tapas and wines.
