On the shores of the Etang de Thau, at the Mourre Blanc shellfish port, we meet up with Lucas and Louis. These two brothers, united by their love of the sea, decided to become oyster farmers. Their love of the sea is reflected in the quality of their products, grown with respect for tradition and nature. Closed from November 2 to May 30. Open Tuesday to Thursday, 12pm to 2.30pm; Thursday to Saturday, 7pm to 10pm. Reservations recommended. Shellfish producer, on-site tasting with suggestions. Local wine list. Groups welcome (can be privatized for weddings, birthdays, CE meals, etc.). Terrace. Magnificent view over the Etang de Thau and Sète. Shaded tables on a terrace overlooking the pond and shellfish port.

You can enjoy them plain, to appreciate their finesse, or au gratin, for an intense flavor. Mussels prepared in a wood-fired brasucade also deserve special attention.
