Owner's Message
Thau'réfaction was born of a meeting in the Lot region with Yves and Corinne, two tea and coffee enthusiasts who passed on their knowledge to us.
Enriched by this experience, we decided to set up shop in the pretty village of Mèze in the Hérault region of France. Lovers of gustatory journeys, we brought together our three passions: tea, coffee and cocoa.
We roast in the traditional way. Choosing our coffees means supporting French, local and family know-how. Meet us today and travel with us.
