The Dardé family has acclimatized various grape varieties (Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Muscat, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot…) on a limestone small hill a few kilometres from the Bassin de Thau. The 75 hectares of vines in their area are grown in a traditional way and offer excellent nectars including a Syrah Les Épices easily recognizable by its deep garnet color. You should also taste during your visit white wines that can perfectly accompany the typically regional shellfish or fish dishes. To go there, you will have to cross a superb alley with olive trees. You also find grape juice on the shelves of the cellar. Indeed, a place worth to visit.
