Dinosaurs used to lay eggs for 70 million years on the land of Mas Saint-Lauren. Accompanied by his wife Nicole, the artisan-winemaker Roland Tarroux, as he likes to nominate himself, let nature speak and works its 33 hectares of vineyards in the tradition of reasoned culture. Only 3 hectares are dedicated to Picpoul-de-Pinet but the Tarroux also produce red and rosé country wines, as well as olive oil. The quality of the wines of the field is recognized by wine lovers, wine dealers and the specialized press.

Vins de très grande qualité. Un vrai plaisir pour les papilles à chacune des dégustations. Roland et son fils sont des passionnés, chacune des cuvées du domaine sont le résultat d'un travail méticuleux. Ayant eu le plaisir de travailler avec ce beau domaine au niveau professionnel, nous continuons de prendre plaisir à déguster la gamme du Mas Saint Laurent. A bientôt à Montréal !
