Karine and Yvan Caussel, settled in the shellfish farm complex of Mourre Blanc, offer different formulas: a package including the visit of their shellfish farm followed by the meal, the sale at the farm and on line, conferences, seminars as well as a camping-cars space. For individuals, tasting-restauration of raw and gratinated shellfish, at noon from April1st to October 31st. What a treat, with a superb view of the Thau lagoon!

Avons osé sous la pluie de Seine et Marne, un BBQ aux ceps de vignes pour se régaler d'huîtres charnues et goûtues accompagnées d'un picpoul (avec modération bien sûr). Un vrai régal. Nous recommencerons.
