Here, the pizzas are made in the pure Neapolitan tradition: the dough is matured for at least twenty-four hours, then generously topped with fresh products, before being cooked in a wood-fired oven. Parma, genovese, buffalina, vegetarian or even a sweet pizza for dessert: you'll enjoy it, and it's like a little gourmet trip to Italy without even leaving Mireval!
