Jean-Claude Kouril is one of the few butchers who buys his animals from farms in the region (Hérault, Tarn, Aveyron). An ultra-short supply chain! J'ai eu des compliments sur le saumon fumé acheté à Kocel Vic la gardiole. Par contre, le pâte de campagne était sans goût . Dommage.
