At the foot of the Gardiole massif lies the vineyard of La Cave de Rabelais, where the vines are planted with a single grape variety, the white Muscat à petit grain, spread over two villages, Vic-la-Gardiole and Mireval. The tasting area of the Cave de Rabelais is an invitation to enter the funny and generous universe of this whimsical character that was François Rabelais, who quoted this beverage that he appreciated during his studies in Montpellier, in one of his writings. Since then, time has passed and Rabelais' cellar still seduces fine palates.

Vente de vins et autres produits régionaux et bien sûr le muscat de Mireval et pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas le doux il y a le muscat rosé et le muscat sec tout aussi délicieux. Bon apéro.
