LA FERME DU MAS ROLLAND
Ferme du Mas Rolland is a farm located in the hamlet of Montesquieu, in the town of Montesquieu. They specialize in making farmhouse cheeses from fresh raw milk. Their flagship product is Pélardons, a soft lactic cheese with a Protected Designation of Origin. They also produce other cheese formats such as briques, bûchettes, palets and tomettes. In addition to goat cheeses, they also make a small tome in the spring. The cheese dairy has EEC sanitary approval, but works in the traditional way, respecting the rhythm of the milk and bacteria. The cheeses are ladled from fresh curds, turned and matured with care. Laurence and Christophe, the owners, will be delighted to welcome you and share their passion for their craft.
