Chantal Arnould works with glass associated with metal, wood or stone. Her work is, she says, guided by nature (trees, rivers, mountains); she draws her inspiration from the sap of trees, the water of rivers or the air of mountains. She also practises fusing, which consists of assembling pieces of glass and bringing them to melting temperature in a specific furnace, about 800 degrees Celsius, to form a single homogeneous piece.
