MOUVEMENT FLUIDE
The Feldenkrais method is based on movement, viewed as the best indicator of our way of being and acting. Practiced as a group, it is based on the exploration of easy but unusual movements executed "effortless". It is not a question of mechanically repeating a gesture or of succeeding, but of becoming aware of our bodily (frozen) habits and rediscovering the pleasure of moving. Regular practice gives a better lumbar flexibility, more basin mobility and positively changes self image. In this discipline, we stay longer throughout the session and the movements are gentle, so it is perfectly suitable for non-sportsmen, pregnant women or elderly people wishing to keep form. Henri Bley was trained in Feldenkrais and offers weekly courses. Muscle relaxation without effort!
