J'ai laissé mon couteau à affuter. La lame étant épaisse et gravée sur les côtés seul le fil devait être affuté. Non seulement je l'ai retrouvé avec le tranchant aussi mauvais qu'au début, en plus ils m'ont limé toutes les inscriptions et décorations sur le côté de la lame !
En plus de cela l'accueil est vraiment exécrable. Je regrette vraiment d'y avoir laissé mon couteau, qui m'a été rendu en piteux état, pour un prix trois fois supérieur à un expert de chez Laguiole...
