Mais quelle surprise quand j'ai installé le chauffe-eau 2 mois plus tard, le chauffe-eau est abîmé à plusieurs endroits, et comme la protection en polystyrène n'est pas abîmée, je pense qu'il a du être emballé déjà abîmé.
L'entreprise ne veut pas me dédommager et le dit que j'aurais du vérifier le chauffe-eau avant de signer le bon de livraison, mais je ne voulais pas déballer tout le chauffe-eau dans la rue devant chez moi, et comment le transporter ensuite ?
