Cédric isn't Latino, but he lived in Guatemala all his youth, and speaks with a delicious South American accent. He worked for 8 years at Empanadas, behind the Prefecture, and has just set up his own little taco restaurant in the St-Roch district. Colorful masks on the wall, colorful cushions and twenty seats. On offer: tacos cerdo, with spice-marinated pork cooked at a low temperature and pineapple, sweetened with a spicy lemon sauce. For vegetarians, tacos con verduras saltadadas, sautéed seasonal vegetables. To accompany all this tasting, the Michelada, a cocktail made with beer and tomato juice.
