An address offering copious bao in Montpellier.
With its superb palette of gastronomic cultures, we thought that the rue de l'Aiguillerie had done the trick of different street food specialties. However, the opening of Map Map has allowed the introduction of an Asian specialty that was previously absent: the bao. This Chinese bun, presented like a burger bun, is filled with various tasty ingredients. Copious and delicious, this dish can be eaten in a carnivorous or vegetarian version. On the menu, you will also find egg rolls, spring rolls and Reunion bouchons.
