Tasteful journey and good Japanese cuisine in a restaurant of the Écusson.
This restaurant in the Ecusson honours the delicacy and flavours of Japanese cuisine. At its head, the chef Takétomo Luu Sumi celebrates the gastronomic wealth of his native country. In his pocket address, he invites his guests to a gustatory journey. And the candidates for departure are numerous! During their meal, they have the opportunity to discover dishes such as beef tataki, ginger prawns or Japanese-style ribs. Ramen lovers can order their traditional recipe in the evening.
