LES PETITS SIAMOIS
After opening a Thai restaurant in Lyon, Philippe, the boss, decided to open one in Montpellier, his hometown. And the address is worth a visit, as it offers authentic Thai cuisine, one of the finest in the world but that too little often the opportunity to taste its best level. This is the case here: in San James entrance to plancha and their tamarind sauce; or range of chapardeur: chicken stuffing, ginger, peanut, citronella, all coated with a bethel. For the dish: Pa-Neang of woodlots: pork marinated with coriander, roasted, and coconut milk with paneang curry, or duck in siamese rust: grilled duck filet and spicy red curry milk. The kitchen is really excellent, even think of specifying your degree of tolerance to the pepper, the Thai, they love it! Those who like it can also taste chocolate and pepper: a beautiful discovery to make.
