Le restaurant a mis 2h pour préparer ma commande (30min prévue au moment de la validation de commande). J’ai essayé de joindre le restaurant 20 fois, ils ne prennent même pas la peine de répondre. J’ai attendu bêtement en ne sachant pas si la commande sera annulée ou non. Au final je n’ai pas reçu ce que j’ai commandé.
Résultat : 2h d’attente, aucun signe de vie du restaurant, commande mauvaise et bien sûr aucun dédommagement (même pas une boisson) !
