Authentic Italian cuisine has its temple. Located at the top of the Rue du Pila-Saint-Gély, the Via Pila restaurant is a setting of old stones and warm colours. At the entrance, the bar allows dinner at the counter. Here, no pizzas, soup with carbonara or bologna, but genuine Italian cuisine, local cuisine could be said. Marie Laure and Richard only offer gourmet dishes such as festonati cream, artichokes, roquette and pignons, or roasted veal steak. The patronne also offers antipasti and a tasting plate of mozarella di buffala. The vanilla cotta panna with a red fruit grout is required. They will have a low for the nutella foam.
