Restaurant offering an interesting lunchtime menu as well as tapas and wood-fired grills in the evening, a good address
Thierry comes from Maison de la Lozère, and has set up shop under Les Arceaux. His €15 lunchtime menu is a big hit in the neighborhood and elsewhere. Three to five tuna tartare or pork steak suggestions are served with a choice of side dishes. In the evening, tapas (grilled sardines, frogs' legs (in winter), Spanish coquettes, sea bream sashimi, sicho tortilla...) and wood-fired grills (Argentine meats - the only outside product - and Aubrac and veal entrecôte from Aveyron. All other products are sold via short distribution channels.
