Green Lab is a gourmet spot dedicated to vegetarian and vegan street food. On the terrace, in the dining room or to take away, customers discover an attractive menu based on falafels, sandwiches and hearty salads. We particularly appreciate the four hummus of the address, all well balanced, and the fresh sweet potatoes in accompaniment. The ingredients are of high quality, seasonal and mostly organic. Green Lab opened a second address on rue de Verdun in December 2018, a stone's throw from the train station and Place de la Comédie.

Oh, c'est vraiment délicieux, vraiment... Les propriétaires sont si gentils et les ingrédients sont frais. Il y a beaucoup de falafels au houmous à manger seul haha. Je pense que je reviendrai pour en savoir plus.

아 너무 맛있다 진짜.. 주인분들도 너무 친절하고 재료가 신선한게 느껴져요. 후무스 팔라펠 혼자서 먹기에 양 많습니다ㅎㅎ 앞으로 계속 찾아먹을 것 같네요.
