In a decor made of floral arrangements and libraries, the friends unveil a vegan (95%) and vegetarian menu made from organic, seasonal and local products. Among the dishes to discover: conchiglionis stuffed with courgette and vegetable ricotta, creamy courgette, candied tomatoes and pan-fried coconut beans, roasted white peach with rosemary or diplomatic cream and almond/avoine crunch.
