Montpellier residents since 2015, Thomas and his partner opened this café at the end of 2019. Vegans for ten years, they opened their 100% vegan showcase in the heart of the Ecusson, in order to share with as many people as possible their lifestyles and consumption. Every day, the chef concocts seasonal dishes with mostly organic products. The specialties that have accelerated the reputation of the address are the "Beyond burgers" (cheese or Mexican), fresh and vegan burgers made with organic ingredients.

Tiny restaurant with a very friendly owner. We tried the cheese and the mexican burger. We liked the cheese one more but both were really good.

We all took the Beyond Burger formula plus tiramisu as dessert and everyone was delighted with the food. I was the only non meat eater and I was not the only one impressed with the flavor. It’s a very small place, with only 6 seats inside, so super cozy and intimist. They do accept reservations though. It’s managed by a very nice couple. A wonderful concept. The only minus is not having a toilet for costumers. I highly recommend this place, for vegans or non vegans. No one will be disappointed.
