231 EAST STREET
We would expect to see this new typically American fast-food where gourmet burgers and quite fatty French fries with the cheddar on Central Park, but not at all, it is indeed located in Montpellier, at rue Saint Côme and established on 29th May. This burger restaurant catches the eyes because here, the difference, it is the concept conceived by a Master restaurateur of Strasbourg, Cédric Moulot, who, at his return from a travel to New York, had the crazy idea to make the little Frenchies discover the true taste of the burger. Today, we count 17 of them in France and the ventures is not going to stop there. With its name, it pays tribute to the "Pop' artist" Andy Warhol, who in his workshop located at the 231 east street, described "Art, the true art, as accessible to everyone". As for Cédric, he likes to think that the quality burger is the same. The products are thus carefully selected, and are prepared in due course. At choice: Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Bacon Burger, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Burger in classical version or cheese. For this October, discover a new burger the "Black edition" containing black bread with cuttlefish ink, imagined by Olivier Nasti, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. And for the enthusiasts of the US desserts, there are also apple pie, fruit salads, cheesecake. The restaurant offers a loyalty card for those who ask for some more!
