Located in the Millénaire district, the Atipico restaurant enjoys now the expertise of Jean-Luc Rabanel, the famous chef settled in Arles who signed the menu and accompanied the team in the kitchen. This open restaurant has a "Bistronomie" atmosphere. The refined decoration, contemporary furniture, original privacy screens as well as many plants offer a real winter garden in the heart of the buildings. In summer, the patio is also very pleasant. The welcome and the service are very professional without being too present. In the plates, it's a real festival for the taste buds and eyes. When we came, we chose a "just cooking" egg with a pan-fried mushroom of the moment and a truffle tapenade with chicken juice. The minute of Mediterranean lean meat, parsinp with hazelnut chips, ginger juices and fresh thyme, as well as the pork breast of the black prince of Biscay, fresh barbecue sauce and ratte potatoes, offered in the formulas of the day which is also delicious. As a dessert, the "grand cru" chocolate mousse and its cocoa sorbet are enough for two… We also love the salads and the chef's toasts. Excellent value for money for this beautiful address...
