L'AUBERGINE
L'Aubergine makes us live something different from all the restaurant of Montpellier. Why? First of all because chef in the kitchen is a woman, Candice Bentivegna, and that is cuisine on the chalk menu, authentic. You can discover a salad around duck: mesclun, dried duck breast, chops grilled à la plancha, raspberry vinegar or a pressed aubergine, Emmental, shredded pesto and ham, then a swordfish steak, tomatoes compote and peppers with coriander, or a veal flank steak, garlic and Espelette pepper, finally a crème brûlée with salted butter caramel or a hedgehog with chocolate. In fine weather, enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace with modern decoration, grey walls and pink parasols. Everything is homemade!
