Generous cuisine in a bistro-restaurant on the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau in Montpellier.
Romain and Thibaud Poulards, two passionate brothers, have opened their bistro-rôtisserie in the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau. While the décor subtly blends industrial and vintage styles, it has retained the charm of the place's history by preserving the sausage hooks from the old butcher's shop, as well as a few photos of the business. On the plates, it's pleasure and generosity in all its forms: chicken cassolette, roast chicken, marrow bones, pig's trotters, kidneys..

Les plats sont délicieux. Et parlons nous de cette sauce moutarde, la meilleure de ma vie…
Plus heureux qu’un coq en pâte je suis même reparti avec ma petite sauce.
