Generous cuisine in a bistro-restaurant on the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau in Montpellier.

Romain and Thibaud Poulards, two passionate brothers, have opened their bistro-rôtisserie in the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau. While the décor subtly blends industrial and vintage styles, it has retained the charm of the place's history by preserving the sausage hooks from the old butcher's shop, as well as a few photos of the business. Assez déçue du service : pas de seau pour le rosé, bouteille à peine fraîche, peu de choix dans les sauces, carte non à jour... Même si l'équipe est sympa, le service doit être amélioré. De plus, les plats sont peu variés et trop simple à mon goût.
