Located a little far from the centre, this pretty chic canteen undoubtedly deserves a small detour. Cordial, the lovely dining area bears the Catalan colours and has a fireplace that is quite appreciable in winter. In summer, we will readily choose the patio, refreshed by the bamboos and the pines, very calm and really resting where mosaic-coloured tables makes the place joyful. The cuisine is of Catalan inspiration and more largely Mediterranean. As starter, we can for example enjoy mussels cooked au gratin with garlic-parsley butter or scallop carpaccio with citronella, ginger and lime. As for the main course, small cuttlefish roasted with their aïoli or rumpsteak chunk, shallots compote with red wine. The desserts menu is very complete and is not disappointing, with a macaroon with light raspberry cream limoncello-style litchis ice-cream, an éclair with lemon-yellow basil, citrus fruits ginger sorbet or mid-cooked with black chocolate, mascarpone foams and pink pralines. The place is really worth the effort to move away from the historic centre.
