Open from February to November, the Saleya is a small restaurant where one is serve only on the terrace under the plane trees of place du marché of flowers. Also plan, for that matter, to go on a sunny day. It will be worth it, because the place is charming and the food of good quality. Note however that if you want to eat indoors, the bosses of the Saleya get along very well with those of the Café de la Mer, right next door, where you can eventually sit and get served. Fresh produce are used here and hearty and many salads are available as well as some hot food of good quality, such as this confit veal shoulder with mashed vegetables in season. In Saleya, you will not be disappointed by either the place or the plate. Nor by the right (special mention to Armelle, a sacred character, the Chief waitress, with a humor and formidable efficiency!) natural, services full of “peps". There is therefore no reason to deprive yourself!
