On the menu, dishes with varied and tasty origins. Thus, you can enjoy a Backeoffe, an Alsatian bakery stew with three meats; Flemish dishes such as beef stew, stew with beer and gingerbread; a Potjevleisch, jelly terrine with four meats; a Waterzooï, poultry or fish soup; a coq au vin in Catalan way; boquerones, anchovies marinated, vinaigrette; or a pumpkin soup and slices of foie gras. Paella, tajines (meat or fish), couscous, salads and grilled fish are not left behind and, for dessert, the originality is also there. The chocolate cake, speculoos and candied oranges or rhubarb tiramisu will delight your taste buds.
