Creative cuisine full of flavors to enjoy in a restaurant north of Montpellier.
Soulenq, in a former Japanese garden centre with sober lines, located north of Montpellier above the road to Ganges. The place has a luminous room and a very large terrace sheltered by an arbour and fitted out in a contemporary style where wood, glass and metal are mixed. In the plate, excellent surprises! The chef offers creative and high-flavoured dishes. We can speak of a spontaneous cuisine that adapts to the market, to start with cuttlefish, sweet onions from the Cévennes, lemongrass, Catalan lamb, sweet potato cardamom, and to finish with poached pineapple, parsley syrup, coconut. A cellar of regional wines and wines from elsewhere: Vincent Pinard en Sancerre or the Claudel estate.
