LA BRASSERIE DU CORUM
Nestled at the west of the Corum, the room is open on a beautiful teak terrace and a stunning view on the archaeological garden. The big ceiling windows make the restaurant very bright, and enlighten the large red chandeliers hung in all the room as well as few contemporary art paintings. Frédéric Husser and his team carry out a finely prepared Mediterranean cuisine and organize Wine and Meal evenings promoting the local terroir. The service is fast and makes the lunch pleasant. On the menu: purple small artichokes barigoule, serrano ham chips and Parmesan petals, sweetbread in pastry case, green asparagus and onions fondue with Porto, monkfish, scallop, meagre, prawns. The desserts are remarkably presented, and are called crusty cigarettes with three chocolates and salted caramel butters or orange shortbread covered with meringue and its sorbet chocolate. Note that you can organize festivals or great events in this restaurant, which is the hot spot of the Montpelier congress.
