Restaurant with terrace offering gourmet dishes from the Mediterranean gastronomy
In the timeless setting of the Château de Bionne, on the terrace or in the former orangery, chef Ruddy Gounel proposes (at dinner) to surprise with menus served blind once the land, sea or plant theme has been chosen: culinary discoveries and thrills guaranteed! At lunch, the menu follows the inspirations of the moment as well as market arrivals: tartare of sea bream and gambas with grated vegetables and purple shiso, or roast bass pavé with squid ink tagliatelle. For her part, Margaux Gounel draws up the cocktail and mocktail menu, while sommelier Emmanuelle Gounel ensures the perfect match between food and wine.
