Inaugurated on June 26, 2021, after four years of construction, the Hôtel de Richer de Belleval is Montpellier's new luxury offering. Developed in a building that was once the city's Town Hall by the GGL-HELENIS group, Olivier Château and the famous Pourcel brothers, it now houses a luxury hotel, a gallery, a bar and two restaurants, La Canourgue and Jardin des Sens. The latter is Jacques and Laurent Pourcel's latest project. On the à la carte menu, the twins offer a delicate and precious cuisine, mainly focused on the Mediterranean.

Le Jardin des Sens, located within the Hôtel de Richer de Belleval, is a restaurant where Jacques and Laurent Pourcel run the kitchen with the goal of elevating the city to the same gastronomic status as Bordeaux or Lyon. Their goal is for Montpellier to be recognized as a city of exceptional gastronomic experiences. Together with Olivier Château, they have revived the essence of haute gastronomy, sommellerie, refinement and elegance that have always characterized these historic establishments. In the three vaulted rooms, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a gastronomic journey. The lunch and dinner menus offer a 10- or 15-course tasting menu, as well as a Court Menu à la carte, which is suitable for business meals. This restaurant is a real place of conviviality and sharing. It has a refined décor and remarkable frescoes, creating a fascinating and reassuring atmosphere that transports you to the 17th century. It is a place where history and cuisine converge in perfect harmony, for a memorable experience.
