In the chic Rue du Palais des Guilhem, Marina is in charge of the kitchen and patisserie, offering a creative menu full of flavor and fresh seasonal produce. Brian, a passionate sommelier, brings a Californian touch and a warm welcome to the dining room. This international couple offers three gourmet menus to discover: salted pithiviers with a runny heart, mushrooms, comté, spinach and black garlic, followed by duck en ballotine, confit vegetables, grapes and savory jus. For dessert, we fall for a profiterole of roasted pineapple, mango and cocoa sorbets with chocolate sauce. Yummy!
