Like a dream, the Réserve Rimbaud seems to float on the Lez, light and delicate... Nestled in a green setting, it unveils its terrace with the intention of charming you, and it succeeds. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the restaurant offers a restful culinary break, a true parenthesis of sweetness. The setting - like Charles Fontès' cuisine - is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. The old building and its exterior become showcases for inventive, modern dishes that showcase local produce.

Chaque jour, j'ai le privilège de savourer les délices de ce merveilleux restaurant, tant par le nez que par les pieds. Fidèle aux traditions ancestrales, ce haut lieu de la gastronomie s'illustre par l'art de disperser sur le trottoir ses effluves capiteux et ses rebuts culinaires – un mélange raffiné de jus de poisson et d'autres concoctions exquises. Un hommage particulier doit être rendu aux clients distingués qui, par leur présence ingénieuse, transforment le misérable trottoir en un obstacle de choix pour les centaines de passants quotidiens.
