SOULENQ
Creative seasonal cuisine and wines from the best regional producers in a restaurant and wine cellar in the Euromedecine district.
In the Euromédecine district of Paris, this bright and attractive venue has been converted from a former nursery. Both a restaurant and a wine cellar, it relies on creative, fragrant cuisine, as well as the region's finest bottles. When it comes to meals, Arthur Lahmy and Camille Rigal offer a short menu bursting with the flavors of local produce, such as roast and confit duck from the Puy de Dôme, stuffed conchiglioni, dried mango and grilled brocoletti, or risotto Verde, arugula, pine nuts, old Rodez and manchego with black garlic, not to mention the delicious desserts!
