This hotel residence located in Montpellier is called "Feet in the Water", in fact, it is at just 10 minutes by car from the Palavas and Carnon beaches and consists of studios furnished from 20 to 48 m² for 2 to 6 people fully furnished and equipped (ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, equipped kitchen…). A fairly simple but clean and efficient style. Here, the advantage is that all charges are included in the price (electricity, water, heating). A linen kit is provided for stays of less than one month.

Bonjour je tiens à rectifier les dires injustifiés concernant la gérante qui est seule et qui fait très bien son travail, elle est impliquée et pour être resté assez longtemps cette jeune femme est très agréable et soucieuse du bien être de sa clientèle. Je vous invite vivement à séjourner si vous souhaitez être à votre aise.

Très déçu de ces apparemments mais encore plus de la gérante qui vous parle avec un air hautain personne pas du tout agréable et faites attention car un jour je discutais avec l’un des résidents qui m’a dis qu’elle voulait lui prendre la caution (600€) à peu près pour une latte cassée.

Séjour agréable de deux personnes dans un appartement duplex refait complètement (tout était neuf !). La gérante très à l'écoute et volontaire. Les appartements sont super (grand) bien et situés proche de tout : Centre ville, plages, etc. Pour nous, c'était idéal. Dommage pourtant que dans la rue, les voisins soient peu en phase avec la cohabitation en société : voitures mal garées, sacs poubelles dans la rue, manque de politesse, ... Mais bon. C'est peut-être comme ça à Montpellier. Sûr par contre que je privilégierai ABITEL lors de mes prochains déplacements en raison du rapport qualité/prix.

Appartements spacieux, possibilité de louer rapidement et au mois donc bonne alternative en attendant logement plus stable. Accueil irréprochable (chargée d'accueil fort sympathique et professionnelle)
