Quiet residence near the center of Montpellier composed of equipped apartments
This relatively new residence combines quiet living with proximity to the city center. The 147 apartments, from T1 to T3, are fully equipped (air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, TV) and ready to live in. The apartments are fitted out to a high standard, offering functional, convivial living space. All apartments are accessible by elevator and offer Internet access. In the morning, a buffet breakfast is served in the common room. Rental is by the night or by the month. Nightly rates start at €59, but the site regularly runs special offers.

Excellent stay, very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was good. On site parking is a plus, but complicated to get out of when leaving!! . A perfect place to stop in Montpellier, bot too far from the centre and the station.

L'agencement de la chambre appartement est à revoir complètement, par exemple aucun espace pour ranger ses affaire ou cuisiner.
Plein de petit détails mal pensés comme la publicité pour l'hôtel qui est partout, jusqu'au plafond au dessus du lit. Ou encore la voix dans l'ascenseur avec une intonation niaiseuse.
On nous a laisser entrer dans le parking sans rien nous demander, pas très sécurisé...
Aussi, la réceptionniste n'avait aucun sens du service.
Seul point positif, l'hôtel est plutôt neuf.
