The Crowne Plaza... the name makes you dream? Wait until you see this hotel! It's certainly one of the most luxurious hotels in Montpellier and the surrounding area. Opened in 2011, the hotel is ideally located close to the Corum, the city center and major roads, and offers an urban landscape with clean lines standing proudly opposite a magnificent swimming pool that simply invites you to relax and unwind. A totally refined style inspired by travel: each floor represents a continent. The rooms are grandiose, luminous and resolutely contemporary, with all the comforts you could wish for: flat-screen TV, free wifi connection, bathrobes and luxury products, and beautiful terraces for the suites. The restaurant, Le Maxens, serves Mediterranean-style cuisine, and the bar of the same name is the perfect place to relax. To top it all off, the hotel has its own private enclosed parking lot, 5 meeting rooms for up to 130 people and a free fitness room.

MISE À JOUR : réponse nulle. Cela fait maintenant 31 jours que cet hôtel m'a kidnappé mes 300 euros.

Stayed here over New Year's. They took a 300 Euro deposit off our (Swiss) card. It's now THREE WEEKS since we checked out, and they said they'd refund us immediately. We don't have our money back, and they completely refuse to be of any assistance. "If you don't have your money after 30 days, contact your bank, it's a foreign card." I don't recommend this hotel AT ALL, and despited repeated attempts to get help from them, they're of no use.
UPDATE: rubbish reply. It’s now 31 days since this hotel kidnapped my 300 Euros.

Equipe en sous-effectif, produits en chambre mal assortis et non correctement remplis. Un jour ils ont oublié de nettoyer la chambre. Rien encore le peu de personnel disponible qui était très gentil et gentil.
