This aparthotel opened in July 2012 in the Millennium business district. It is located 10 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes from the Parc des Expos and close to the beach road. The building was designed by Rudy Riciotti and shows an original façade, all in one block and open in windows with irregular shapes. The rooms and apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with a desk area and wifi access. A fully equipped kitchenette is also available.

Vraiment cata . Chambre qui pue la clope , on entend les voitures comme si on était dehors ( j’ai vérifié 3x que les fenêtres n’étaient pas ouvertes tellement c’était trop) rideaux en mauvais état qui laissent passer la lumière présente toute la nuit . Rarement eu une aussi mauvaise expérience . Seul point positif , la personne à l’accueil est accueillante

L’hôtel est très bien. Le personnels est accueillant et sympathique. Un merci tout particulier à Yassine le réceptionniste qui est à l’écoute des besoins des clients et qui a toujours le sourire. À bientôt

Personnels très sympathiques et à l’écoute hôtel bien situé , pour aller au centre ville beaucoup de restauration pour le midi au pieds de l hôtel ????merci à l’ensemble du personnels pour votre accueil.
