This aparthotel opened in July 2012 in the Millennium business district. It is located 10 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes from the Parc des Expos and close to the beach road. The building was designed by Rudy Riciotti and shows an original façade, all in one block and open in windows with irregular shapes. The rooms and apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with a desk area and wifi access. A fully equipped kitchenette is also available.

Bonne literie mais la douche ne fonctionnait pas et le ménage était limite.
la chambre sentait le tabac froid
une toile d'araignée et son araignée confortablement installée au plafond juste au dessus du lit
vaisselle sale directement rangée dans les placards
vieux rasoir jetable posé derriere les serviettes de toilette dans la salle de bain
télécommande défectueuse. Impossible d'ôter l'audio description; heureusement que je sui tombée sur une personne très agréable a l'accueil qui a bien voulu se déplacer et régler le prb;
je tiens a souligner également l'excellent accueil au petit déjeuner le matin,
