Recently opened in Montpellier, Holiday Inn Express Montpellier Odysseum is located next to the Millennium district and 10 minutes from the airport. This address offers 90 air-conditioned rooms, including 33 twins and 40 family rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Long-stay rooms are also equipped with a kitchenette. Seul gros bémol: le stationnement pour la voiture. La réception nous avait dit qu'on pouvait stationner devant l'hôtel. Résultat: 35€ de contravention. Ayant ensuite appelé l'hôtel par téléphone pour signaler cet incident, on m'a informé qu'il y avait une bonne de paiement (que je n'ai pas vue dans la nuit à mon arrivée) que j'aurais du utiliser. Une information plus claire et complète aurait pu:
1) m'éviter cette mauvaise expérience.
2) permettre à l'hôtel de me vendre sa prestation de stationnement.
Résultat: l'hôtel et le client ont perdu.
