Martine Argellies created her workshop in 1981. Through her skills in woodworking, acoustics, history and decoration of the harpsichord, she "makes wood and iron learn to sing". In her workshop, she produces her instruments from plans of instruments of the 17th and 18th centuries, from different schools of construction, whose cases are produced in solid wood, in the species of the original instruments. The workshop also hosts concerts.
