RUE FOCH, HEART OF THE LUXURY
Montpellier has no shortage of high-end boutiques, whether for home decoration, clothing or accessories. Take a stroll down Rue de l'Ancien-Courrier or Rue de l'Argenterie, where you'll find a number of chic, trendy multi-brands. The vast majority of luxury brands, however, are grouped together along Rue Foch, which is as wide and chic as the Parisian avenue of the same name. In fact, it has become a must-see shopping destination for Montpellier's select few. Along its palm trees and small green spaces, with the Peyrou triumphal arch at the end, those who like to dress with taste (and admittedly have a substantial budget) should easily find what they're looking for. Brands such as Agnès B, Eden Park, Hugo Boss, Gérard Darel and Zapa have been established here for years. Less classic brands such as Zadig & Voltaire have joined them more recently. There's even a Jacques Dessange hairdressing salon. A touch of the grand boulevards of Paris, with the warmth of the south and the palm trees to boot.
