On boulevard Louis-Blanc, right next to the Black Sheep, this little bar attracts an eclectic crowd in summer and winter alike. This "café estaminet" bears the proud name of "Belle Époque", and boasts a small terrace where people are quick to come and relax, despite the frequent passage of streetcars and onlookers. When the sun is shy, you're welcomed in a beautiful room with a pre-war decor. The venue hosts a number of concerts and exhibitions: indie rock fans, this is the place for you! Every day, a happy hour attracts the carefree from 6pm to 8pm, when you can also enjoy a snack.
