The brainchild of the excellent Julien Escot, this chic, contemporary venue is an invitation to discover fine flavors. Comfortably seated on a banquette or along the bar, you can enjoy subtle creations. To accompany a strawberry sundae - vodka, lime, strawberry, hibiscus, cardamom, earl grey tea, clarified milk - a fine tapas menu is created by Guillaume Leclère, whose reputation is well known. In this elegant setting, the eye wanders through the space, attracted by the different lighting effects, a design created by Pierre-Cyrille Acquier.
